| Weight: 544 grams, Keel score: 2.5 Found on ground, talked to finder about placing back on branch since parent nearby- hesistant to do so. Volunteer arrived to help but then brought bird to CRC. ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Head Behavior and Neuro: BAR Other: stressed, panting Mouth: clean Ears: clean Body Wings Left wing: WNL Right wing: WNL Legs Left leg: WNL Right leg: WNL Feathers: in blood Left remiges: flight feathers coming in Right remiges: flight feathers coming in Ectoparasites: none BAR, very stressed. Around 5 weeks old. Primaries starting to come in. Healthy baby, long bones WNL. Called finder and explained that the best thing for this bird is to finish being raised by the parent. Banded and volunteer took back to place in nearby tree.
