Has a pretty good band-related injury on left distal TMT. Removed band. Skin is swollen and tacky but intact. Cleaned and flushed. Dressed with SSD + adaptic + tega + some white tape.

Dorsal 60% of retina has mottled "fish-scale" appearance. The ventral half has some blotchy areas. No floating debris. Prognosis poor but I want to see what the dorsal half does over the next week or so.
Left eye:
Minor blotchy areas. No floating debris. Not bad but not perfect.
