Wing not wrapped. ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Head Behavior and Neuro: BAR Body Body condition score: 3.5, 4 Wings Right ulna and radius: distal ulna fracture, wounds on dorsal and ventral sides of wing, green bruising Legs Anesthetized with iso via mask. Radiograph confirmed distal right ulna fracture. Comminuted. It is already partially stable. Cleaned and flushed wounds over fracture site. Wounds are small but deep. A little piece of bone came out of the wound on the ventral side of the wing. Everything cleaned up nicely. Flushed well. Applied SSD, telfa, and tegaderm. Wrapped in a figure-8. Gave 30 cc LRS SQ, 1.0 cc clinda SQ, 1.0 cc enro SQ, 0.30 cc torb IM, 0.14 cc meloxicam IM, 0.80 cc terbinafine PO. Placed in R16a. BAR. Left 58 g SQ.
