Transported to CRC via volunteer. ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Head Behavior and Neuro: BAR Body Abdomen: Soft tissue wound; open; not actively bleeding Body condition score: 2.5, 3 Wings Left humerus: Soft tissue wound Right wing: wnl Legs Left tibiotarsus: Soft tissue wound; no opening found; no active bleeding Right leg: wnl Ectoparasites: Flatflies Presented BAR. BCS almost a 3, but not quite. Covered in dirt and leaves. OU looks great, very minimal debris if any. Flatflies. R wing wnl. L wing bruising present in humerus proximal to shoulder. Abdomen bruised on left side as well. Found two puncture wounds, not actively bleeding. Found scab on keel, looks older. L tibiotarsus very bruised as well. Talons scuffed up a bit. Anesthetized with 2% iso via mask. Rad wnl. Cleaned 3 wounds (keel and two on L side of abdomen) with chlorahex; did not flush due to location of wounds. Placed telfa and tegaderm. Administered 35cc SQ fluids w/ Vit B Complex Torb 0.14cc IM Meloxicam 0.25cc IM Terbinafine 0.4cc PO Amoxiclav 62.5mg PO Sprayed with Bronco Placed in KR2 with 20g c/u m.
