Anesthetized with iso via mask. Deep puncture wound on left side of keel/axilla area. Also another wound below it with torn skin, but muscle intact and healthy. Flushed heavily and cleaned. Packed puncture with saline soaked gauze. Applied SSD, adaptec, telfa, and tegaderm.

Could palpate some asymmetry at right shoulder, which could explain why the bird was on the ground. There is bruising over the right scapula.

Attempted to get blood but veins too small.

Attacked by dog in finder's backyard. Laid on back for a couple hours before capture. Transported to CRC via volunteer.

Presented BAR. BCS almost a 3, but not quite. Covered in dirt and leaves. OU looks great, very minimal debris if any. Flatflies. R wing wnl. L wing bruising present in humerus proximal to shoulder. Abdomen bruised on left side as well. Found two puncture wounds, not actively bleeding. Found scab on keel, looks older. L tibiotarsus very bruised as well. Talons scuffed up a bit.

Anesthetized with 2% iso via mask. Rad wnl.

Cleaned 3 wounds (keel and two on L side of abdomen) with chlorahex; did not flush due to location of wounds. Placed telfa and tegaderm.

Administered 35cc SQ fluids w/ Vit B Complex
