Left eye:
Medial 1/2 covered with widespead black craters. ventral to pecten still some floating debris. lateral to pecten loss of choroidal pattern.

Major lymphocytosis could be consistent with chronic viral infection. RBC's all had odd inclusions in cytoplasm. See photo. I don't think it is stain artifact as other slide from another patient stained at same time is ok. Lots of hemoproteus

A little twitchy when on table but otherwise WNL.
