Endoscopy report Location - Left paralumbar fossa Performed by - des Description Easy entry and exploration initially. Air sacs a bit unclear and somewhat hypervascular but no discrete lesions. Kidney WNL. I think the spleen looked enlarged but I was not able to locate it again after initial view. Diagnosis: Inconclusive. Possibly some air sacculitis.
